When I learned that WoA was back, I had difficulty logging on (dinopithecus btw; just changed my display name; it kept saying my password was incorrect). I tried to constantly change my password and even registered for another account here (as "triceratops"), but it didn't work until I put in my USERNAME instead of my email. So to admins and mods, you don't need to approve triceratops. Thank you.edit: I feel stupid for not finding the solution earlier .

Lol, I had the same problem, but proboards support old me I needed to get a new password using my username. I think this should be posted in a section where guests can see, because they may also be having a hard time figuring out what to do with the password problem.

Thanks for the help.
Though this is the thing I really want to know. Why is it that my original password didn't work and why have the post numbers been reset?

Thanks for the help. Though this is the thing I really want to know. Why is it that my original password didn't work and why have the post numbers been reset? The hacker must've changed the password of every regularly active member here. Post count, I don't know.

Nope, my password worked perfectly well. Also, passwords will usually be encrypted, so its not likely someone will gain access to all of them.

DinosaurMichaelYour older password prior to hacking event have been compromised. Do not use it again. Also, if you come across a page which requires you to log in to it again (even when you are already logged-in to the original forum, DO NOT login in to that kind of page). This is exactly what led to destruction of WOA.

To be honest, I don't even know why the hacker should reset the password or every active member. It would only make sense if he did so with the staff's passwords (mine works though).

It's not working for me. I'm on my iPod where I'm already signed in, but I can't access my account on my laptop.

I have informed ProBoards Administration that some members of this forum are still experiencing login issues, solution proposed in this thread is not working for every member.

Not sure if their problems are necessarily the same as mine (formerly).

I'm on mobile but from my PC I cannot login as Grey, this accourt is registered at proboards but not in the forum. So I've made a new account as "Clegane", awaiting confirmation.
