Opee Sea Killer is slow due to its armored skin plates; it is adapted to ambush hunting life-style due to this factor. It can swim fast in short bursts but it can maintain high speed for long. Furthermore, not much is known about its sensory abilities. It have large eyes and this implies that it may pursue a potential prey after establishing a visual contact with it. Megalodon (possibly) have advantage in speed and sensory abilities. It can bite through hardened substances as well. Fossil records reveal Megalodon fed on [gigantic] turtles and it is perfectly adapted large and powerful prey. Therefore, I believe that Megalodon is the superior macropredator in this contest. Now, not sure how these two would meet in a hypothetical scenario but if a Opee Sea Killer ventures in to the domain of Megalodon then it is likely that it will get ambushed. Sorry, but I'm convinced that I made a one-sided fight here in favor of the Opee. Number one, the Opee can accelerate very quickly and maintain this speed for quite some distance as seen in Episode I where it had no trouble pursuing a high-speed Gungan submarine. The armor of the Opee sea Killer isn't made of the same material as the carapaces of turtles. Last time I checked, turtle shells couldn't repel blasts from laser canons. Plus, the Opee's armor isn't smooth like a turtle carapace, it's actually rough in texture and somewhat corrugated along its surface.
