If it's Ash's Pikachu, it should take this, it has taken down a Regice, so Elsa should be manageable.
Though if Elsa is able to control her powers during the fight, she should take this (I mean, she has the ability to control an entire ice castle).

I envisioned a normal wild Pikachu. I didn't think Ash's Pikachu could function w/o Ash.

As far as I know, Elsa's ice powers are far greater in magnitude than anything displayed by any Pikatchu I know of. The yellow electric mouse gets frozen  |

The Duke of Weasletown's troops gave Elsa pause. I don't think she'd fare well. This. Elsa might have great power, but she is a class canon as evidenced by the fact that a few guys with bows managed to intimidate her. On the other hand, a Pikachu's electricity doesn't seem to be that great at killing humans, so I'm unsure. |
