Probably should elaborate All herbivores need predators, or else they wouldn't be able to exist. Some just have extravagant defenses like size or running that are avoidance-based Of course every animal has a predator of some kind even apex predators , however gorillas for examples have virtually no predators however baby gorillas often fall prey to leopard also old or sick gorillas also fall prey to leopard sharks but besides that the gorilla has no predators due to its size and power |

Thanks, MUCH more understandable. Though, haven't leopards gone head to head with adult western/eastern gorillas and won sometimes? No not really and if they do it’s only old or sick gorillas that cannot defend themselves they very rarely pick fights with these large apes , they are not suicidal |
