exactly, i'm saying that eating turtles really doesn't matter much for bite although the water monitor does have a deadly slashing bite that wouldn't too much to a turtle

A Titanoboa wouldn’t even kill a turtle. An Anaconda literally had trouble killing a small turtle.

correct me if I'm wrong since i'm not sure what you mean exactly. You are saying that the crocodile has powerful dentition and eats turtles so it should have a strong bite?
I guess I'm saying that water monitors have weak dentition and they also eat turtles so eating turtles does not really mean much in the grand scheme of things. A better way to establish the croc's bite would be to use bite force which I'm sure would crush that of a saltwater crocodile

Here’s the picture: Turtles have a ridgid shell protecting their inner organs and allowing them to breath even if constricted like that. Crocodiles don't, and andacondas predate upon caimans in the pantanal. Not to mention Carbonemys would be a formidable foe for titanoboa or even 'Turtle Chomper'.

My point is i wasn't talking about the power of the bite at all. There was no point in you bringing up water monitors therin.
Terrible evidence for your argument. Even the dude who intervened, knew and said the turtle was going to die if he didnt do so.

I believe targeting the head or limbs before the turtle pulls them in is a good way of attack for slicing bites
