Either a bovine, or a ceratopsian. In the latter case, it’s the Trike specimen that hatcher initially thought belonged to a bison. Otherwise, Bison latifrons?

Bovine would be my second choice, but that curvature makes me doubt that this is a ceratopsian.

Godzillasaurus and theropod, you are both correct, Triceratops brow horns (the same ones originally called Bison alticornis).
