I have rarely played Sonic, but I think Mario could beat him. Yes Sonic is very fast, but Mario can destroy rocks with is head  |

^This is true, but he don't forget he dies when he runs into a turtle (this has no relevance to the fight, as Sonic too has his opponents, I just found it funny that turtles are tougher than rocks).

The weakness of all jump 'n run characters. They seem to have a weak front... I think the mushrooms in Super Mario are "special" mushrooms (if you know what I mean  ) This would explain why he doesn't feel any pain when he crashes these bricks. |

How can sonic possibly loose? It is a 5 foot tall hedgehog that can run hundreds of miles per hour vs an overweight plumber.

Or shell Mario Yeah me neither. IMO as for this fight. I'd say Sonic would win if Mario has none of his power-up's due to Sonic's speed, but if Mario has his power-up's. He'd probably win. With the star for example. Anything Mario touches kills anything instantly. Now if both were to have power-up's in a fight. I would see it being a stalemate especially If Mario got ahold of a Star and Sonic turned into Super Sonic. |
