What sort of armor do you have in mind? Or, more specifically, what holes does it have? I've googled for different types of helmet and while some have slits large enough for a bee to crawl in, others don't really.

Something like this: I think it should work as early on it would protect very well, but as the fight goes on the bees may have more chances (chinks in armor open up from high movement)

Fanboy Lions? With the description I've seen of some fanboy lions (be they trolls or not) I think just one fanboy lion could potentially be enough. What kind of fanboy lion are you using?

One fanboy lion enough? Are the lion fanboys really THAT bad?
I was referring to Mondas-level lions

You have my approval, at least.

Eh, I'm not sure. You have my approval under the condition that you describe their abilities in the OP.

Well, here's what Mondas wrote: The same ability that lions show in running attack relays, & targeting of vulnerable tendon/neurone/hamstring zones, would also flummox the 'pea-brained' T-rex, who has never had to contend with such wily-agile, yet brutally violent & aggressive attackers, whereas the lions, by their own nature, would def' perceive the 'giant ostrich' - as a prey item...
Going by it, I think a description of 5-6 lions worth of fighting ability in each one should work for a description.
