If I remember correctly, PeerJ already has the review process of a paper open to the public.

That site looks very promising. If that concept works out it will all be much faster, more acessible and more democratic than in traditional publishing. Also being able to actually observe reviews and corrections made to a paper could be instructive. On the other hand, there has to be some sort of control, otherwise I imagine there would soon be a big bunch of spam. I’m very curious. Same here. Go to any paper on PeerJ, on the navigation bar on the left side there's also a "Peer review history", for example this one
