I'll choose to be stranded on an island with a hyena. If it's a big island I can be far, far away from the hyena. Didn't say it had to be an island so small we're bound to contact each other  (actually, I'm not entirely sure how to distinguish between those and an islet). Would you rather feel a very sharp pain very briefly or a much less intense pain over a long period of time? |

Feel like Spinosaurus would be the safer option owing to its size.

I should have mentioned no access to modern medicine. Damn. You can treat syphilis with antibiotics too, though, at least within earlier stages.
