I think the croc would win more often than not.

I say at parity, the croc wins in water easily, but on land, the bear would win around 61% out of 100

I'll give this to the crocodile on land and water. Polar bears aren't very impressive, and I'm not even sure if it'd be able to do much damage to the croc at all.

if the fight takes place on land then the bear wins , if its in the water then the crocodile would win
