creature386I'm 1.85m. Above average for an adult man here too. I had fast growth, but it didn't affect my strength as you can see. Aaah, one cm!!! (trolling a bit) Anyway, I indeed don't exercise so much, so it is of course also my own fault. However, I am extremely light, despite eating enough. I believe my weakness is my own fault, but not my weight because I am not anorexic or something (I weigh 52 kg, no joke ). Probably not growth, but something other genetic, similar to how some people are fat, but can't do so much about it. I try to gain a bit (of course muscles), but it is not easy. Pushups were so far no success. I guess I should try to lift more. P.S. My new favorite exercise: Filling my schoolbag with books and bench pressing it.

One handed pull ups are difficult for me. I can't even do one, though I can do 20 regular pullups. I'm talking about the ones where you just use your arm completely alone. Not the ones where you hold on to your arm and lift yourself. One armed pushups are also pretty hard. It takes quite a lot of technique but on a good day, I could do 7 to 10 one armed pushups.

I am a shade under 6'0 tall, about 5'11.5. I weigh 154 pounds.
I'm not very strong tbh. I can do 30 push-ups and 45 sit-ups on a good day. I don't work out particularly often either.
I do however, run quite well. My top-speed is 18 mph (29 km/h). I can run 5.5 miles in 38 minutes. I play soccer regularly.

LOL!!! I remember when you actually made a chart of me, bold, tigris, and you and said you were the strongest of all of us. LOL!!!! Bold is buff as hell btw. He lifts weights like crazy for his small size.

Not very… lol, I'm decently strong in everything except benching. I struggle to do 150 once, but I can leg-press 470lbs.

Strong enough, I regularly train in mma so I'm fit and indeed relatively strong but it's not like I look like a bodybuilder or can bench huge amounts of weight, actually I'm not even sure of that lol the work outs that accompany m uhh training are never basic weight lifting its all flipping tires and resistance training.

I'm starting to believe that body control is more valuable than lifting strength.

I'm 66 years old and my health is failing. However, I could fill a few pages telling you about how strong I used to be

1.83m and aroung 70kg. I’ve got an intense dislike for regular exercise (the only things I do quite frequently are cycling and archery, one for practical reasons and the other for relaxation), but considering that, I’m in decent shape (must be something about the lack of lockers at my school…). Admittedly I’m more of a bowyer than an archer tough.
