Theoretically a gorilla could climb up the sauropods neck and slowly gnaw it to death. Obviously that's easier said than done but if enough gorillas attempt one could eventually pull it off.
I'd say somewhere around a hundred.

Well lions are 500 pounds and AWD 70 pounds at most and it takes 5 to 8 hyenas to kill a full grown male lion and (spotted) hyenas weigh about 130 pounds max so it may take 3 to 4 AWD to kill a hyena female. So it may take like 20(?) AWD to kill a full grown lion. This is just my rough estimate.

The only way I can see the Giganotosaurus being killed is if it fell over, so I would say at least 400.

Yeesh, that's a ~16 tonne animal going against animals that each weigh ~60kg or so. I'm not 100% sure, maybe ~100?

The existence of Amphicoelias is not subject to debate. Not even the existence of A. fragillimus is, although the details of its biology are.

How many piranhas would it actually take to kill a human being? I'm assuming in water. Potentially just one but more realistically between 5-10

How many army ants would it need to take down a jaguar?*
*Some child books I read claimed they can kill anything in South America, so this motivated my little input.

^Probably would require the combined mass of the ants to be at least equal to that of a jaguar's, have no idea how many that would be. Army ants really aren't as formidable as people think they are. Ants with stingers on the other hand could possibly pull it with only a few thousand.
