Welp, at least masses of 20kg fall within the 95% confidence interval now Actually this result is what I would expect. Due to square cube law t gets harder and harder to get enough wing area and the additional environmental constraint for short wings further complicates this. All this means is that Harps was likely not as nimble a flier as smaller raptors. The wing loading would even at your higher end be within both empirical and theoretical bounds of bird flight.
