The Terminators win due to crushing numbers, unless the queen has face huggers, but even then, she must produce offspring quickly enough before being killed.

While I'm not him and I'm only familiar with the first Alien film and its two prequels (I've read that a Xenomorph's lifecycle time is inconsistent and plot-convenient), the lifecycles I saw took a few hours. During the first alien film, some astronaut got face hugged, sent into the medical bay where the face hugger got removed (this took time), slept a bit and then relaxed with his crew members for a while before the chestburster (baby Xenomorph) burst out of his chest. While the chestburster matured unrealistically fast, several hours is a save bet for the whole lifecycle (or even the time until the first chestburster is ready). I'm not sure if the queen can survive that long.
Even worse, the Terminators are made of silicon/metal and not of organic compounds as humans (the Xenomorphs' favored breeding slaves are). If the queen could breed at all is questionable.
My money is on the Terminators. I'll wait for oldgreengrolar's case before voting though.

I may have a lean towards the Terminators, then. But like you, I'll wait for oldgreengrolar before giving my official vote

Have you watched the movie aliens or alien vs predators, xenomorphs queens breed really quickly. However, terminators are made up of metal on the inside despite looking human on the outside. Therefore, the face huggers are irrelevant here. Ordinary xenomorphs are already very strong and the xenomorph queen can withstand the predator's high tech bomb (just watched avp) and they have acidic blood that can melt metal. Both terminators and ordinary xenomorphs can break through walls. Undecided at the moment.

My vote = Terminators.
A single T-800 is a force to be reckoned with. 20 of these? Just wow.
Points to be noted:-
1. Face Huggers are irrelevant here, Terminators are not living organisms so Face Huggers cannot do much to them and will be easily neutralized/torn apart.
2. Terminators are not made of ordinary metal but reinforced materials. Therefore, not sure if Alien acid can do much harm to these (probably not much); even a room full of molten lava could not stop/melt a T-800 in a fight (spillover incident) in a short span for instance.
3. Terminators can think and devise strategies for a mission. They are not stupid.
And if we consider, much advanced T-850 series, even hordes of Aliens will be toast in a open battle. T-850 can weaponize their nuclear fuel cells (nuclear bombs TBH) and can withstand very advanced weaponry/firepower. A single T-850 can take on the queen and slaughter her, let alone 20.

/\ Can the terminators resist the predators suicide bomb?

Hmm. This contest is not with the Predators, right? But refer back to point # 3. Terminators attempt to analyze potential targets and calculate their options accordingly (planning and strategy).
Regarding the blast, it took a nuclear explosion at point blank range to kill a T-850, and this too when it was holding a massive multi-tonned blast door at bay (i.e. completely exposed). T-850 are very very durable and capable.
Even the baseline T-800 can take a lot of punishment headon.

Rodiculous missmatch.
Btw, a T1000 would made an easy work out of the queen

Yeah, Terminators stomp. A single one probably would have been a better match.

I gave a pity vote to the Xenomorph queen. A few less Terminators may make for a better matchup sometime in the future
