I'm not entirely sure. The gharial does have a good size advantage, but its weapons aren't the best. Maybe I ought to make a chart.

I lean towards the snake now as well. Very durable for their size and I doubt the gharial can land enough bites before getting constricted.

A tough call but the giant gharial will win due to being heavier despite its relatively unimpressive looking jaws.
