I think this is a tie. The shark has size and strength but the gators have numbers.

Well, it's with the given sizes in the OP - so on average it's 3 360 kg gators vs 1 1 tonne shark.
I think it could go either way here; size against numbers. Deep Blue (~2.5 tonnes, I'm guessing) would also have a 50/50 with 3 world record gators. I'm not very surprised that crocodilians target much smaller sharks however - crocodile vs shark at parity is about 50/50 and that's a very high risk for a meal.
