I think this is a tie. The shark has size and strength but the gators have numbers.

Depends upon the size of the shark involved. For instance, DEEP BLUE great white shark is very likely to have the upper hand and a meal.

Well, it's with the given sizes in the OP - so on average it's 3 360 kg gators vs 1 1 tonne shark.

I think it could go either way here; size against numbers. Deep Blue (~2.5 tonnes, I'm guessing) would also have a 50/50 with 3 world record gators. I'm not very surprised that crocodilians target much smaller sharks however - crocodile vs shark at parity is about 50/50 and that's a very high risk for a meal.
