This would be a fight won by Deltadromeus, still having useful hands as well as being larger.

I'm not entirely sure here; on one hand Deltadromeus is a good deal bigger and has usable arms; on the other hand it's a very gracile animal with probably inferior weaponry to Rajasaurus. Perhaps more fossils will help to clarify.
