I’d say 50/50 the pliosaur has speed and biting power while the caiman has the length and weight advantage.

Well, they should both weigh about the same - 200 kg isn't gonna make a difference.
Whoever gets the 1st bite would probably win.

In water of any real depth i'm inclined to favor the pliosaur.

I'd prefer the Pliosaurus, it's more adapted to the water and likely bites harder.
