I'm going to consume an Argentinosaurus femur for breakfast! Anyway, even though these animals are not really exotic, I'd like to know how bugs or spiders taste. Some cultures seem to love them. I love crickets and grasshoppers but it has been a long time since I've eaten them. Although this is far from exotic, I would want to know what rabbits taste like. I've seen a bunch of places that sells rabbit shish kebab.

Yeah grasshoppers are delicious. I used to snack on them all the time when I was on excavation last summer. It’s a pity they are still so hard to get here in Europe if you aren’t in a location where you can easily catch them yourself.

Since, it's a tropical region.

Just my $0.02
I'd expect meat from Giganotosaurus, Tarbosaurus, Majungasaurus, etc to taste like rancid pork, while Spinosaurus meat would probably taste like a mix of pork and seafood
