No, I'll end up in a time paradox, since I won't be alive without the chain of events caused by World War II.

In terms if time travel I wouldn't worry about that, causality and such, if you go back in time to kill hitler and succeed you no longer have a reason to go back in time, therefore you didn't and so hitler remains alive.

Well, won't that make the entire process a bit nonsensical if he doesn't die anyway?
I mean, why bother killing him then? For the sake of it? It is of course possible that I misunderstood you.

Nope you understood it fine, it is entirely pointless to go back in time to accomplish a particular goal because with should you succeed you no longer have a reason to go back in time to begin with and so would not. Paradoxes like this make it hard to accomplish anything when travelling back in time.

So in a way the whole question is, well...pointless (for lack of a better word).
But what if time paradoxes were ignored?

Should they be ignored, I still doubt I have the capacity to kill a human infant.I assume Hitler not existing means we no longer have a Nazi regime, this has massive effects on the world, Germany would likely be a much bigger and stronger nation than it is in our timeline, without the Nazi casting a dark cloud over pan german nationalism it's likely that Germany could have reached its pre world war borders and likely even beyond that, as a union with Austria would be quite likely and perhaps even switzerland if pan german nationalism picks up enough steam.

It is questionable if it would have been possible to accomplish such a border revision without getting into trouble. The Austro-German separation was commanded by the Versailles Treaty (and Hitler actually did his utmost to override treaties without igniting a war, it is questionable if another government would have been as successful as him in the Austria question) and a revision of the western border would have been hard due to the Locarno Treaties. A revision of the eastern borders (which are, I admit, the most important) is the most realistic IMO. An interesting question is how the NSDAP (which Hitler did not invent) would have fared without a charismatic leader like Hitler. Or if another right-wing party would have been better at restoring old borders than them.

Or if another right-wing party would have been better at restoring old borders than them. In real life France and Britain showed thier unwillingness to enforce these treaties and under the right circumstances it's possible for these border revisions to happen even without raising tensions with Britain and France, for example should the German people now living outside of Germany be the ones pushing for it and not a German government and should the government allow for more time to pass and it worked hard to improve relations with countries like the USA and Britain (shouldn't be difficult as Germany would be seen as a useful ally in containing the soviets) they could potentially reclaim lost territory quite peacefully. Another interesting possiblity is that without Hitler would the communists be able to pick up more steam.
