I recently filmed this footage in Churaumi aquarium in Okinawa, Japan(it's actually parts of full video that I've recorded).
This tiger shark(Galeocerdo cuvier) inverted it's intestine out of cloaca According to this site,-> factsanddetails.com/world/cat53/sub337/item1279.html "Some species of shark can stick their intestines out through their anus and pull them back in again to get rid of small objects." some species of sharks seems to have ability to invert it's stomach out of cloaca.
I'm curious about how many species of sharks(other than tiger shark) can do this and if some species can do this and the others can not, why?
So does anyone has footage or infos about other sharks showing this behavior?
