The tiger, every time. Sambar are the preferred prey of tigers and George Schaller wrote that tiger predation on adults was heavily skewed towards male sambar over females. The deer will put up a resistance but is outgunned here pretty severely.

The tiger would win this comfortably.

I vote tiger too. I always liked them better anyway. Plus, the paw swipes can apparently break a sloth bear's back.

Mismatch in favor of tiger.

Maybe a 200 kg tiger would have been an actual battle (though I'd still back the tiger), but with the given weights, it is basically an insult to the tiger.

Mismatch in favor of the tiger. No offense to the sambar, it's an awesome specimen of the deer family.

In my opinion, it is a mismatch. The only thing that the sambar has as an advantage is it's slight size advantage which is far from enough. 9/10 tiger wins.

The tiger outguns the cervid in like, every respect. Its bite is probably the deadliest weapon in this fight by a significant margin, it can grapple, and I'm under the impression that it's an overall stronger animal (for one, the distal limb segments of the tiger are far more muscular and robust). And if you're one of those who likes to take into account which is more aggressive and willing to actually fight and kill (i.e. their more typical behavior when under threat), then the tiger certainly has that advantage too.
The cervid strikes me more as a flight than fight creature, what with its clearly cursorial limb proportions. And while not overly gracile or anything, its body is certainly not as robust as those of herbivores I find particularly well suited for fighting large terrestrial mammalian predators. The antlers, whilst lethal if used correctly, seem like they're more for intraspecific bouts than anything else. I'm not aware of much, if any, incidents where a cervid actually seriously injured or killed a large predator with its antlers, especially a predator as large as itself, like in this matchup. The head is also not particularly large for the deer's size, which isn't good if it's using its head as its primary weapon against the tiger.

Sigh....Unfortunately, this fight is a mismatch and the deer can't win!
