I don't really like shrek either. Too many fairy-tale characters for my taste.
I think its chicken run, I always loved stop-motion

I know. We all have our opinions. Just wanted to post that for fun that's all. In reference to the Nostalgia Critic's review on Shrek during Dreamworks-uary.

So I've been watching many Dreamworks Movies lately. So I'll stat my opinion on the ones I've seen so far.
The Prince of Egypt (1999): A another of my favourite dreamworks movies. While nowhere close to as The Road to El Dorado (2000), Kung Fu Panda (2008), and Megamind (2010) in my opinion. It was amazing. It's my fourth favourite after those three. The villain especially is great considering the fact he's one of those villains who aren't evil just makes him probably Dreamworks best villain. The character Moses is also great.
The Road to El Dorado (2000): Without a doubt my most favourite Dreamworks movie. It had everything. Great plot, great characters, and the animation was amazing. The humor was great too. Only thing I didn't like was the villain, Tzekel-Kan. He was okay, but he was a rather weak villain. I actually thought Heran Cortes who was the secondary villain to be a much better villain and to me felt like he was more of the main villain.
Shrek (2001): I remember seeing this as a kid, and I didn't remember much. So I watched it last week to bring back memories. While not as much as I expected. It's a good movie. The story is okay, and the characters are too. The villain though kind of weak still was enteraining. I did like some of the humor like when Fiona sang so loud. The bird exploded. That had me laughing on the ground. Great flick, and entertaining too. On the top 5 Dreamworks movies on my list.
Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas (2004): While not one of Dreamworks best movies. I thought it was very decent. A bit better than Over the Hedge (2006). I really loved the villain though.
Shrek 2 (2004): I like it as much as the first one and in my opinion on it is pretty much the same as the first movie. I also do think it had much more funnier moments than the first one did. I happened to like some of the characters who were introduced into this movie like Puss in Boots. And the fact they made the Fairy Godmother the main villain just makes the movie funnier. Now this is what I truely call a comedic masterpiece.
Madagascar (2005): I didn't think this would make it onto my top 5 on my top 10 most favourite Dreamworks Movie, but it did. I was thinking that this was going to be just a decent movie like Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas (2004) and Over the Hedge (2006), but to my surprise. I like the movie so much. As I said it got onto my three most favourite Dreamworks movies. I found the story to be very original, the characters great. Especially the Penguins. And my favourite character has got to be Mort. This is a movie I could watch over and over again.
Over the Hedge (2006): It was an okay movie, but just decent that's it.
Kung Fu Panda (2008): I didn't think I was going to like this more than any of the the Dreamworks Movie on my top 10 most favourite Dreamworks Movies and for that matter I didn't think it would get onto my top 3 most favourite Dreamworks Movies, but to my surprise it did. I actually like it so much. That's why after The Road to El Dorado (2000). This is my second favourite Dreamworks movie. The plot, characters, the action, and villain were just amazing. This is without a doubt along with The Road to El Dorado (2000) and Megamind (2010) are my 3 most favourite movies made by Dreamworks.
Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa (2008): It's not as good as the first movie, but I do have to admit it was alot funnier, and the plot, while not as good as the plot in the first movie. It was okay and the biggest downside to this movie was there needed to be more Mort. Still though I like it.
Monsters vs. Aliens (2009): I watched it and I thought it was really good. While not on my top 5. It's on my top 10 most favourite Dreamworks Movies as number 6. I found the plot to be great and the action to be really epic. The Missing Link was my favourite Character and the main villain was meh, but the rest of everything was done great. I really enjoyed this movie.
How to Train Your Dragon (2009): Just watched this the first time a few weeks ago. I loved it. The characters were great and it had a good storyline. Not a single flaw except for one, which was Hiccup's voice. It just didn't fit him and sounded too mature for somebody young. My favourite scene was the part where Hiccup flew on Toothless the first time. I was just stunned. Very great Dreamworks movie in my opinion.
Megamind (2010): I loved it. It's replaced Madagascar as number 3 on my list of my top 10 favourite Dreamworks Movies. I loved the plot, characters, and all the action that happened in this movie. Probably the best superhero parody movie I've ever seen. The villain though I found to be weak, but this is truely one of my most favourite Dreamworks Movies now along with The Road to El Dorado and Kung Fu Panda. Because of how much I like the movie. I also wouldn't mind a sequel to it as well.
Kung Fu Panda 2 (2011): I was thinking that the sequel would not be good, but to my surprise. I actually like it. It was a very strong sequel and while nowhere as good as the first. It comes really close in my opinion. The villain especially too is just great. Comes close to the first villain from the first movie in my view.
Puss in Boots (2011): I thought it was a good flick. Not one of Dreamworks best movies, but still pretty good.
Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted (2012): It wasn't as good as the first, but I did like it better than the second one. The story was good, and the new characters I really like and as I said. I like it more then the second one and that's because there's more Mort in this movie. The villain too was great and funny at the same time. In my opinion. This is a really good sequel.
Rise of the Guardians (2012): Another great Dreamworks movie. I like how they made Santa, The Easter Bunny, Tooth Fairy, Sandman, and Jack Frost as some kind of heroes. While the plot isn't very original, it was still a great movie and will watch it again for sure. The villain is good too.
The Croods (2013): I really loved it. This was how Ice Age Continental Drift *Which I hate* should have been done. The characters were great, and the story was too. They could of had a chance of a sequel if they ended it with Grug being stuck on the other side and then the sequel could of been about him trying to find his way onto the other side to get to the others. Still a good movie none the less.
When I see the rest. I'll post my opinions about them.
