Spinosaurus is one of the dinosaurs that are semi aquatic. Since there is a likely hood that all dinosaurs had feathers, would spinosaurus have feathers and how much do you think it had (if you think it does.)
In my opinion spinosaurus would have feathers although in my opinion it would not be much since it is semi aquatic. Adaptations of creatures losing feathers/hair are present in dolphins and whales but even then, dolphins still had some hair when they were little and some whales still have hair. Since spinosaurus isn't as different as cetaceans to other mammals I think spinosaurus could have a small amount of feathers or even a big amount of water proof feathers covering a big portion of the body like ducks is possible.

I'm not so sure about the universality of feathers among dinosaurs anymore, but if it had feathers, likely no more than a hippo has hair.

Same here. Feathers most likely did not exist on Spino; its build and lifestyle are more like a crocodile than a duck or whale, and crocodiles do not have feathers
