To be fair, most marine life is going to we wiped out as well especially apex predators. It seems that invertebrates such as cephalopods which thrive in barren rocky regions, could take over though I am not sure.

And I thought orcas were one of the few big animals today that was not at the brink of extinction. But yeah, the higher up you are in the food chain, the harder contamination hits you because unlike energy, contamination does not get lost in the trophic pyramid.
