A 12 ton Triceratops runs the gauntlet. How far do they get? Round 1: 1 T rex, 7 tons Round 2: 1 Elasmotherium, 6 tons Round 3: 1 woolly mammoth, 7 tons Round 4: 1 Columbian mammoth, 9 tons Round 5: 1 American mastodon, 11 tons

If it is that heavy, it will get through the gauntlet with some difficulty.

Were Triceratops really that big? There's quite a bit of evidence that T-rex preyed on them although I'm sure it wasn't without danger. For that matter isn't a 5 ton T-rex significantly undersized? Or did you make it small intentionally for purposes of this gauntlet?

Yep, they did very well get that big, as per specimen USNM 4276 (different sources say 10-12 tons, but the most common by far is 12 tons so that is what I went with. Why did I make it small? In all honesty, I am not sure. Maybe because I was kind of thinking about WWD, which said T rex was 5 tons, when I posted this. Heck, I might make Rexy bigger; you are correct they averaged 6-8 tons or so.
