The Egyptian Banded Solifugid-Galeodes granti The Egyptian Banded Solifugid is one of the largest species, and it is a perfect example for the order which it represents. The Egyptian Banded Solifugid is a fast and furious arachnid predator that has a front pair of legs modified as feelers, three pairs of running legs, and pedipalps designed to pull their prey directly into their huge "jaws", just like any other solifugid species. Cobalt blue tarantula-Haplopelma lividum The cobalt blue tarantula is a medium size tarantula with a leg span of approximately 13 cm (5"). The cobalt blue tarantula is noted for its iridescent blue legs and light gray prosoma and opisthosoma, the latter of which may contain darker gray chevrons. Males and females look the same until the ultimate (final) molt of the males. At this point the male will exhibit sexual dimorphism in the form of a light tan or bronze coloration and legginess. Additionally males will gain embolus on the pedipalps and tibial apophysis (mating hooks). The cobalt blue tarantula is a fossorial species and spends nearly all of its time in deep burrows of its own construction.

Then I think I'd favor it here. One bite and it's pretty much guaranteed a win

The blue cobalt tarantula is from Singapore and while it is venomous, is not nearly so as some of the smaller spiders like the black widow.

That I agree but camel spiders are also capable of taking on venomous scorpions and breaking through their armor.

Just correcting myself the blue cobalt tarantula is different from the Singapore blue tarantula. The blue cobalt tarantula lives in burrows and is from Myanmar and broderlines in Thailand while the Singapore blue spider is aboreal and lives in Malaysia and Singapore.

From what I've seen of camel spiders in action, they are ridiculously potent and active arachnids for their size. Poison is a factor but I have a feeling the camel spider would prevail most of the time due to sheer brute force.

I've heard they have very lethal bites for spiders (and I mean mechanical damage, not venom) Is this substantiated? the taratula is larger and has pretty lethal venom to a small animal like a camel spider and the camel spider cannot bite the tarantula without getting bitten , by the time it relizes it , it would be too late and the camel spider would already lose , also it has a slight size advantage
