Are they all at level 100 or do they have the levels with which they appear in the game?
And do they actually switch Pokémon or do they pretty much play the way they do in the game?

OK, I'm leaning towards Wally. Higher levels on average and all of his Pokémon have items, not just the one he mega-evolves.
