I actually remember the article where that image first came from. It was an extremely aggressive and feisty mako that was actually badgering a much larger male great white shark and displacing it at the chum bait. It's one of the only known interactions I've seen between the two species. Unless, I'm mistaken (don't think so), it's definitely a mako. And it's certainly not a blacktip reef shark, teeth are much different. Black tips are serrated, makos are smooth, just like the image we're discussing. Here's black tip teeth. And makos:
