i think bardock would win , because IMO a hypotehical ssj2 bardock would be andriod saga level.

^Probably. IIRC one of the prerequisites for achieving the first Super Saiyan form is the possession of ample raw power, in tandem with an experience that leads to the emotional turmoil needed to become Super Saiyan. Presumably a Super Saiyan 2 would then turn out to have power exceeding anything Frieza has shown throughout the Namek and Frieza sagas.
Of course, Bardock in canon has never gotten anywhere near powerful enough to go Super Saiyan (except in the Episode of Bardock, but I somehow doubt that's canon). But hypothetically as a Super Saiyan 2...sure.

I vote Bardock since they seem a good deal more powerful good pick and seeing how ssj bardock would just be a bit weaker than full power frezia a more powerful ssj2 bardock should be able to get the job done . |
