According to the previous thread with the Evil Black Death:

-Can shapeshift anywhere from a rat to a bat to a megalodon or 3 t bright green dragon
-Teleportation
-Can casually torture anyone under his control
-Cannot be killed by conventional means.
-Possesses the powers of a black hole and can probably create one.
-According to Word of God, he can mind control just about anyone who is not loyal to the Three Creators.

I never watched The Meg, but from the sound of things, it would need to be one hell of a movie monster to be able to do anything to this guy.

Yeah. Basically, EBD could shapeshift into an exact copy of the MEG and fight it until it dies since EBD himself has no risk of dying. Or just mind-control it into not attacking. Or just mind control it into doing something really stupid like swimming on land. Or teleport inside its intestines as a smaller animal and then shapeshift into a larger one if he feels especially mean.
