Victarion Greyjoy is big and strong with tough body armor and an axe but Red Rackham has better technology and is likely more strategic and analytical.

I think I'd give it to Rackham. They seem capable of using strategy to get through the armor and around the axe

I think Victarion's armor might be difficult to deal with and he's also skilled and powerful.
