Unless the Deinonychus knows that it must stab the gills (which, to be fair, it might try), I'm going with the bull shark in this one. Moving like in its natural environment is a big advantage, along with the wider gape.

^You may have a point there creature, being on one's home turf is a big advantage. However, wouldn't the shark be rather unable to do anything other than simply bucking around if the Deinonychus starts prey-riding it? It lacks the bauplan to efficiently break free from that. With that said, however, there is also the fact that shark skin will cut you if you rub it the wrong way, likely to happen here. So now leaning towards the bull shark due to sharpness from all angles and being in its turf

bull shark proboly , he should be more durable , have a stronger bite and should be larger but this seams pretty close. the dinosaur can maybe win on land.

Yeah close match we have. Though CLOSE TO the ground in the neutral environment, Deino has more chance
