These are about a hundred, aren't they?
I haven't counted, I used an inexact method.
Although, considering the fact that dinosauria has made several hundreds of matchups (he created 32 pages of threads after all, most matchups), it is probably indeed narrowed down.
Off the top of my head, my favorites are the Livyatan vs Megalodon, 4 African wild dogs against a leopard (one of the few matchups I remember to have requested) and great white shark vs Liopleurodon.

I counted 99.
My one favorite, oddly enough, probably has to be bush elephant versus T. rex. It's stupid, but it's the one matchup that got me really riled up for AvA matchups years ago and also helped me to judge the physical qualities of animals less with favoritism but more with objectivity.

I was referring to the fact that it in particular is my favorite matchup. Although, part of the reason for that is because I consider any versus matchups that would never actually happen to be (let's face it) inherently stupid. And by "stupid" I mean "maybe a little fun to think about, but ultimately trivial".
