Various carnosaurs run the gauntlet against different opponents. How far do they go before one of them loses? NOTE: Some species of carnosaur may be used more than once Round 1: Shaochilong, 500 kg, vs Kodiak bear, 312 kg Round 2: Short faced bear, 1 ton, vs Big Al the Allosaurus fragilis, 1.5 tons Round 3: European hippopotamus, 3.2 tons, vs Carcharodontosaurus iguidensis, 4 tons Round 4: Elasmotherium, 4.5 tons, vs Tyrannotitan, 6 tons Round 5: Giganotosaurus, 8.2 tons, vs Tarbosaurus, 7 tons Round 6: American mastodon, 7.8 tons, vs Mapusaurus, 7 tons Round 6: Palaeoxolodon namadicus, 22 tons, vs 3 Mapusaurus, 7 tons each

You already gave the animals you want to win (aka Dinosaurs) weight advantages so what is the point? A thread is good and engaging if it is debatable and both sides have 'rooms' to provide their reasonable arguments. How do you expect anyone to provide reasonable arguments for, for example, a 1 tonne Arctodus against a 1.5 tonne Allosaurus? If already constructed your thread in a way where there is only one reasonable outcome (aka Dinosaurs RULE) then what is even the point of making a debating thread?

The rounds are supposed to vary in difficulty. Some rounds are easy, some closer. A few of the closer matchups are Elasmotherium vs Tyrannotitan, Giganotosaurus vs Tarbosaurus, and European hippopotamus vs Carcharodontosaurus iguidensis. Start easy, get harder was what I was thinking.
Example: In my opinion the carnosaurs can clear this, but someone else may have a good argument for a carnosaur stopping short of the end.
