On land, Sarcosuchus would win 7/10 times. In the water, Titanoboa can just coil around the croc and kill it just like in the documentary where it killed a 40 foot crocodile.

So not only is the Smithsonian Titanoboa cable of killing an average T. rex, its also cable of fighting against 13 meter long crocodiles.

I think Sarcosuchus would probably win, slightly. But not as much as a broader snouted species. Titanoboa can win with enough size advantage though
