What are movies that you hate, but everyone else likes. For me it's. Ice Age 4: Continental Drift (2012) What about you guys?

Wouldn't it be better to combine both threads, as they are very similar?

Titanic, ugh, the drawing scene was the only one worth watching.

The last two Harry Ptter movies. I especially hated the scene where Voldemort dies.

What ? The movie is awesome ! I loved Bane, but disliked the twist ending. IMO Bane should have succeeded and Gotham ashes- but this would have bee way too radical for Nolan.

What ? The movie is awesome ! No it isnt, the movie was by a wide margin the worst of the three movies. After spending like what works out to be about a year's worth of time as bataman he becomes a cripple puts a stupid ass knee brace on and is fine, the plot twists are weak, its has one of the shittiest death scenes i have ever seen and its robin name drop made me want to puke, you couldbt give a nod to actual comic fans and said his name was dick grayson? You know like the actual first freaking robin! Not only that it would make more sense that he doesnt use the name, I mean his name is dick and his last name sounds like gay son

Fair enough for the death scene of Cotillard (enough has been said about it) but not agreed at all with the rest. The movie is Large, has an excellent doomsday-like atmosphere, the fight scenes have been improved (usual Nolan weakness), Tom Hardy is imperial, the movie is focused on Bruce Wayne, the twists are weak or strong depending your knwoledge of the comics, comics on which the trilogy is only superficially based, hence the argument about comics fans does not stand. The referrences to the actual world, are just as deep or even deeper than in the DK...
These visual throwbacks just show how TDKR is a complexe movie. It is not perfect, not as well balanced as the second, but it represents an overall perfect conclusion. I accept we can be somewhat disappointed by it, I reject that it is classified as a bad movie. It is simply not.

I loved Bane as well and agree that the ending had some imperfections. Yes, Nolan is not GRRM yet ! Though the quick death of Bane was disrepectful to the character and thus somewhat Game of Thron-ish/

I didnt like the movie, my reasons for disliking it could be considered nitpicky but I dont care. I know lots of people who like movies widely considered terrible, so i dont see whats so bad about me disliking a movie widely considered to be good. I do think people complain far to much about bane though. There are worse problems with the movie.

Sure, this is the purpose of the thread and I won't curse you because you did not appreciate it, I do not question your tastes, but your judgement that I believe indeed nitpicky. A part of the problems is that it should have lasted normally over 3 hours but Nolan could not obviously release it in such a format, thus the presence of elliptic elements (something that occured too in the second movie BTW).

Here we enter in the endless discussion, is Ra's dead, is the Joker dead, is Bane dead...?
