The shark wins. At best it’s a tie after it succumbs to the venom.

Well, the Komodo doesn't really NEED the venom technically - it too has deadly serrated teeth. Venom just increases blood loss.
That said, I agree the shark wins - a bit bigger and does not need to breathe.

I say the bull shark wins for sure, since it doesn't need air and is more maneuverable in the water compared to the Komodo dragon.

Okay, maybe I did overestimate the Komodo's swimming.
Shallower water would certainly be debatable.
