Polacanthus reaches similar sizes to Majungasaurus and is a far spikier herbivore for the carnivore to handle, Polacanthus wins this battle.

I'm going with Polacanthus too - despite its mass disadvantage, it's more robust and very well armored, and a few tail swings could be lethal
