All that can be said is that Carcharodontosaurus, as the larger carnivore with arms it can actually use, can dominate the Tarbosaurus.

I can agree with that. Carcharodontosaurus should be the favorite due to its larger size, arms, skull, and gape. A couple of good bites and that's it.
