Dog wins, though i'd say with the low numbers one dog could be lost (then again smaller dogs have 1v1 boar and won, so maybe not).

This is exactly what dogos are bred for, even if they aren't as heavy together as the boar, they are more numerous and bite harder.

Yes, I'd favor the dogos as well - they're very well adapted for this, by doing the usual rush in, grab, and shake, they can do some serious damage very quickly and maybe immobilize the boar
