Age and Location: 125 million years ago, Early Cretaceous, Argentina
Killing apparatus: Slicing jaws, manual claws, pedal claws (based on relatives)
Potentially the largest predatory dinosaur. More heavily built than some of its relatives.

Tarbosaurus is not as heavy as Tyrannosaurus, but is a bit lighter and can manuever around Tyrannosaurus, so it wins.

I don't think the disparity in mobility is THAT drastic - should be comparable at similar masses and Tyrannotitan seems to have a decent size advantage too. I don't see why it wouldn't win.
