Healthy and unhealthy all has been killed by lions what you showed were females and likely not healthy animals

The one post from @thelionboy that I cited does show a female, killed by only 2 male lions, but it does not state anything about its health. We can't know one way or the other.

Yeah, about on average their largest possible prey animals are hippos and giraffes, usually rhinoceros are not on the menu of lions. Neither are hippos or giraffes. The latter, they are highly oppurtunistic to prey upon during droughts though. Hippos are more venerable when on land but even then they are a handful. In the water even crocodiles give them a wide berth. Rhinos are skittish and have poor eyesight... combine that with several tonnes a thick skin and a long horn and you have something that’s best left alone.

Or the age.... an old Rhino may be an easier target. A large bull Rhino in its prime is prob only gonna be killed by an elephant.
