Tapinocephalus atherstoneiTapinocephalus atherstonei is a species of massive herbivorous dinocephalian that lived during the Guadalupian epoch. These stocky, barrel-bodied animals were characterized by a massive skull roof. It is thought that the animals engaged in head-butting. They were possibly over 3 meters in length and had a probable mass around ~1.5-2 tonnes, making them among the largest terrestrial animals of the Palaeozoic. Nile Crocodile(large male) - Crocodylus niloticus
The Nile crocodile the second largest extant archosaur in the world, after the saltwater crocodile. It is quite widespread throughout sub-Saharan Africa and lives in different types of aquatic environments such as lakes, rivers and marshlands. Despite being capable of living in saline environments, this species is rarely found in saltwater, occasionally inhabiting deltas and brackish lakes. It's range once stretched northward throughout the Nile, even as far north as the Nile delta. Large specimens can potentially reach ~6 meters in length and a mass around ~900 kilograms.

The Tapi seems too massive and quite powerful build, but then again, a 6 m crocodile is nothing to laugh at. I'll reserve my vote at 50/50.
