I did remember river monsters did an episode on it where one cut up a dam diver's hand very badly
Muskie also do not have the big scales on the body either, those could act like an armor for the wolffish
This seems like a doberman vs bulldog situation to me. With wolf fish being the latzer If by bulldog you mean "old english bulldog" then yeah

Hm...I think I'd lean a bit towards the musky here due to its ability to maintain speed and agility much longer. That would come in handy, helping to land and dodge attacks both.

If by bulldog you mean "old english bulldog" then yeah ehh, more like american bulldog or alano espanol Well, they are quite similar in outward structure to the old english (long tail, long legs, big head)

ehh, more like american bulldog or alano espanol Well, they are quite similar in outward structure to the old english (long tail, long legs, big head) but -quite- larger. working alanos and AM bulls are 40-45 kg, twice the size of english bulldoge. tho i dont doubt any working bulldog could decimate a doberman

Both of those would fill the bill. no, english bulldogs of today are fat slobs, old ones were working dogs used for fighting and various blood-sports its like comparing a lazy couch potato to an MMA fighter

...Both have "old english" in their name. i never heard anyone use the term "old english" for non working english bulldogs before OK, so basically the "old English Bulldog" was the original bulldog, with long legs and a more mastiff-like head. This breed was pitted against bulls, hence "Bulldog". This breed is extinct. The "Olde English Buldogge" is a recreation of this breed from the 1970's.

I think the wolf fish will win, having greater size and armor over the muskellunge.
