Title explains all. List your ideas for what you think might plausibly evolve in the future (whether in the presence of absence of humanity), and maybe you'll get some feedback. Well, since this is a thread about it, I may as well do some DIY speculation.
I suspect seagulls (urban ones, anyway) to exhibit strong convergences in evolution with birds of prey so they can become faster and meaner and snatch more food. I REALLY hope that won't be the case, however.

Some more ideas, I have. What does everyone think of the plausibility of these?
Mosquitoes: increase in durability, tolerance to cold, flying strength, lay eggs on land, etc, in order to directly counteract all the things we use against them. I REALLY hope that won't happen.
Pigeons: possibly lighter grey (camoflauge) and less vocal, in order to fare even better on city streets without being chased or shooed from food, as well as more corageous. I hope this is wrong too.
Mice: likely more durable, larger, nastier, overall more rat-like, to cope with exterminators, poison, and mousetraps.

I honestly think this and your other post are more fit for a new thread. This one is just dedicated to reviewing one particular TV series.

I'm pretty sure this would already happen, if it was evolutionarily advantageous to them. You are basically proposing an extrapolation of present day trends of which I'm not sure if they even exist. Besides, the example about mosquitoes sounds too much like the classical misconception of evolution being primarily concerned with upgrades rather than trade-offs. But as Infinity Blade said, this is about the TV show. TFIW's creations tend to be further in the future and more bizarre than yours.

Alright, then. If I have any more evolution speculations, I'll make another thread for them.

I've gone ahead and made a new thread. I'm considering whether or not we should have a separate section dedicated to speculative evolution.

It'd be cool, but I can't yet tell if there would be enough interest.
There are quite a few future creatures and alien species I have dreamed up over all the years, so it won't be entirely empty.
I also wonder on whether speculative evolution is technically a part of science fiction and thus already covered by this section. While it fits the technical definition of science fiction, the overlap of those who are into traditional sci-fi and those who are into speculative evolution isn't super large.
