Euoplocephalus is heavier than Styracosaurus in addition to having the armor and the club tail to bring its opponent down, so Euoplocephalus will win.

I'd go with Euo here too. The weights are close, but it has superior durability and reach, as well as a lethal club. I'd say it wins 65/35
