Purussaurus winning for sure, bigger combined weight despite height disadvantage, and stronger jaws.

I'm leaning SLIGHTLY towards the allosaurs on land - they are more agile, possess superior stamina, and are somewhat more numerous. Though it won't be easy at all, I could see them outmaneuvering and tiring the caimans to win.
