Ankylosaurus easily. There is no way the purussaurus can kill the ankylosaurus without turning it over or going through the club tail.

I agree Ankylosaurus should be the favorite on land. It's more durable, has superior reach, and very good weapons - a hit from the club can crack open the caiman's skull.
In water, however, Purusssaurus would win.

Ankylosaurus is one animal that doesn't need a higher weight to win, it has its bone-crushing tail club to dominate the Purussaurus.
